What reason(s) do you write for?
For myself most of all. I truly enjoy writing as it has relaxed me. I think poetry bring out the best in me because it's straight from the heart. Also writing is an outlet to entertain people. I love for people to have fun and be happy and if it's due to something that I've written or created, that makes me happy too.

Do you take your writing seriously?
Yes. If I don't have the right mood at the moment, I refuse to write poetry. If my heart isn't in it, forget it. My poetry is from the heart and I want to do it right. As for prose, I also have trouble if my heart is not in the right place but in this case I continue because I'm serious in getting better.

If so, when did you start taking writing seriously?
Actually 6 or 8th grade I believe because both years I got really positive comments from teachers in poetry. I'm thinking it may have been earlier for prose. I forgot the year I started to write my first fanfiction but that was when I loved Digimon. All though in the end it was awful. And yet, that was the first thing I stuck with in prose for quite some time. Even though it still ended up horrible, there was a point I actually reworked the story.

Where do you feel you stand as a writer?
Still at a novice level. There are tons of great writers here.

What do you feel you do well? (ie, characterisation, dialogue, imagery, etc.)
I think I do fair with dialogue but people have stated it is really good. Although, I really don't know. The trick to good dialogue is ease dropping from what I heard. From what I believe you don't have to actually listen but at least hear it. Like in a diner or children's playground. Pick out small spot of people conversing and just let the voices come in. Also I think I would be fair in characterization do to the fact this is my number one subject I learn when I teach myself in writing.

What do you feel you struggle with?
Vocabulary. Grammar. Describing.
Vocabulary has always been difficult for me. Learning a different language too. Pure memorization which makes it tough. That's why the reading level in my stories is pretty low no matter what the mature level is.
Grammar since forever. I can take Japanese grammar much easier than English or Italian. (Italian is the hardest of the three for me.) Even in first grade it was tough.
Descriptions is difficult for me especially if it's for settings or mentioning details. I find this is what makes up much of the beauty in prose and it does bug me.

What do you most want to improve on?
Everything that I struggle with but my number one is descriptions. Prose is beautiful when it's like a paintbrush.

Do you have any questions to ask your readers?
If it's for writing, why are you guys here? Yes, I've competed in a few OC Tournaments but still. There are tons and tons of wonderful writers here.
However, I will be starting both The Unexpected/Elasiar and Dolce o Amara in Written for so I hope you guys do check it out.

I can get the same way, but most of the time I can pull through if it's an assignment or something.

Same with my case. If it's a writing assignment or competition, I can also do it. However, if it's on my own, I wait when I'm in the right mood.

That's awesome though. I wasn't one of the best in English due to the grammar and vocab problems.
The last book that took me to an adventure was a kids book even though I was older. I like fantasy and young adults books are filled with crime or realistic fiction. However, despite it being for younger readers I thought it was fun. That was like a couple of years ago and I wouldn't mind reading it again and finish the series. And that was a story I really got into and man I do miss that feeling.
